Jeremy Bentham manuscripts, 1818-1830.

First item: letter to Sir Francis Burdett, dated Dec. 5, 1830, inviting him to visit and commenting apparently on a work Bentham is having published. Second item: notes dated May 16, 1818, on the parliamentary reform bill which was debated that year in the House of Commons; laid in in the middle of this are notes for a constitutional code, dated June 10-13, 1824.
